We have
been facing a small issue in our phone of some contacts disappears after
rebooting the device, this problem seems to be happening with contact app which
is not able to load the sim card contacts properly, so for the time being
if you are facing the same issue like us, we have this trick which will load up
all sim card contacts back to the place.
This
problem usually comes after rebooting the phone so in this post we are going to
show you how to make all contacts visible, whenever this problem occurs do the
below trick as shown in the image.
1) Go to settings
2) Click
Sim management
3) Turn
off sim card and turn on again
4) In few
seconds all contacts will be visible.
This is just a one time fix solution, because this happens once in a while after rebooting but what to do to make this permanent fix well you may try some other custom app to fix this issue permanently, but for making a permanent solution is to save your all contacts to gmail id or to make backup export all contacts to sd card.
How to save contacts to gmail ?
1) Open
contact app
2) Go to
options
3) Click
export
4) Copy
contacts from sim to your gmail id.
Once you save your contacts to gmail do the following steps:
1) Open
contact app
2) Click
left key and click Contacts to display
3) Click
on your gmail id thats it.
All the contacts that you had saved on your gmail id will show up in your contact app and this is what the best and permanent solution and you will never face contacts disappearing issue again.
